The face behind the business, the heart and soul of Applemire Cakery.
From an early age, I have had a passion for cooking and baking. Dreams became reality when I completed commercial cookery and became a chef, later returning to study patisserie.
My love for creating custom cakes developed around raising 3 children and baking for family and friends. This quickly turned into a thriving career and Applemire Cakery was born.
Weddings hold a special place In my heart, and I feel truly blessed with each and every couple who choose ME to create their dream cake.
